Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Satisfied.--I enjoy working with PB and I would work with them again. Being the Design Build GEC is a high bar. MnDOT expects excellence, innovation, speed, and knowing everything. PB does a good job of getting the right experts to answer questions. Their customer service is excellent and they always respond promptly to requests. The turned in a complicated product that was on an accelerated schedule on time, and that is a big feat. Writing Design Build Contract language is difficult. I think they could have done better with their quality control and rewriting some of the language to be more contractual while being more Design Build Performance Based.
