This will involve new building(s), pond(s), grading, utilities, etc. This facility is directly adjacent to a known Superfund site. The intent of this contract is to complete a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Phase II Drilling Investigation to identify, to the extent possible, any sources of contamination (based on present and former land use) on the parcel that could impact State’s project. The information obtained during the Phase II will be used by State to document site conditions and develop specific special provisions for the upcoming construction.
