Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor was timely in meeting the deadlines set in the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Their initial quality was not what we hoped for. We contracted with this agency in the past and were impressed with their work. The work they do involved a lot of statistics and data analysis. This time around, they used data from two different time periods from two different sources which didn't make for good data measurement. After consulting with them, they were able to provide more comparable data.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor's cost was reasonable - it was the least expensive of all the bids received for this project.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance See comment above. We were happy with the end result, but it required some extra work to get the quality we wanted.
