This contract was necessary for the MDE Offices of Special Education and Academic Standards and Instructional Effectiveness to build these videos into training, assessment and formats for special education and general education math teachers to assist students in understanding mathematical ideas.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor completed the work tasks on time and was able to show flexibility in adjusting communication procedures to ensure deliverables were on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality MDE staff were very impressed with the contractor’s responsiveness and willingness to take a team approach to this project and continually adjust and make improvements to the process. Excellent understanding of each of the key projects tasks. The objectives and deliverables were all met. The contractor understood expectations of the contract and demonstrated the ability to develop high quality work and meet deadlines.
