The Elk Run Interchange Design-Build Project consisted of designing and building simultaneously a new interchange and frontage road system in the City of Pine Island. The construction oversight Contractor’s deliverables included, but are not limited to, Construction Contract Administration, Quality Verification Inspection, Quality Verification Testing, Design and Construction Claims Review, and Post-Construction Claims Review.
