Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The FY16 Traffic Sign Retro-Reflectivity Training Workshops project will develop a four-hour interactive workshop and deliver the workshop fifteen times to primarily City and County sign shop workers and MnDOT sign maintenance personnel. The workshop will include course materials, hands on demonstrations and classroom exercise teaching formats. Each of the workshops will be identical in style, format and content.
