Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Specifically in response to progress reports – my staff regularly had to remind and send requests for them. The reports were not delivered at the time(s) specified in the agreement and there was a specific instance where the exact same quarterly report was provided for two separate reporting periods.
