Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor was okay on time. They worked to the late dates, but made the deliveries on time. The letting was delayed, but that was due to some changes and a very aggressive schedule.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did good work with decent quality. There were a couple of issues discovered in the field that show they did not check or changed information. There were a few issues with comments at early draft plan sets not showing up in later drafts. Good all in all, but not excellent.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor did the work at a reasonable cost.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance They did a good job. Whenever we had issues, the consultant PM was willing to engage in discussions of those issues
