Evaluate the contractor's overall performance CTC & Associates knows our needs and program very well, which is a big asset. The firm is also excellent at its craft. CTC employees do an excellent job of summarizing MnDOT research projects and producing the newsletter and At-A-Glance on schedule. They are very professional and polite and work well with our staff members and also the Technical Advisory Panel members who inform and review materials produced by CTC.

Would you engage the contractor's services again? Yes

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): The only change made during the contract was bringing the design of Accelerator newsletter in-house. This was more efficient (less back-and-forth on editing) and also gave us more control of the design. We were not always happy with the graphic design of this product (another reason for moving production in-house) but were very satisfied with other services provided. (They were using a subcontractor for the graphic designs.)
