Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Not necessarily a negative action, but Project Manager Ron Benson switched firms during the contract. He left Stantec for Stonebrooke Engineering, Inc. This created some unforeseen contract delays and time extensions. However, Ron’s reputation and mastery of local timber bridge structures was well worth altering the contract to allow Ron to complete the manual update, and under his direction at Stonebrooke.
