Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor’s technician was very timely with his work. The contractor’s Project Manager was not timely with correspondence or with invoices. There seemed to be a lack of communication with the Contractor’s Project Manager.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the work we received was adequate. There were some difficulties when the contractor’s technician was working remotely on maintaining the quality of work. Some projects completed needed more review from us than others

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor stayed below budget for the project and managed the costs well.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall, the Contractor’s Technician was very knowledgeable in MicroStation and provided District 8 with quality services and quality products. I feel where the contract lacked was with the Contractor’s Project Manager. The contractor’s Project Manager was very hard to get a hold of, and things such as invoices were delayed. There were also times when the Contractor’s Project Manager had the Contractor’s Technician working on things that were not for MnDOT but not communicating that with us here.
