Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Excellent – the work needed to be done on short notice and completed asap. Contractor responded immediately and completed the work quickly under difficult conditions (frozen ground, below average temperatures).

Evaluate the contractor's quality Excellent. Contractor performed the work to standards and required little direction or supervision from MnDOT Project Manager.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Reasonable in comparison with other contracts. Excellent work value for the cost. Not all contingency work budgeted for turned out to be necessary.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor undertook and completed the work well within the short timeframe required and under unusually difficult field conditions for this type of work. Contractor kept Project Manager updated on progress and performed all necessary tasks and deliverables quickly and professionally with little/no need for direction from Project Manager.
