Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Visu Sewer got started in late May of 2016 and worked throughout the summer / fall to complete the project. There were a couple of weeks when Visu Sewer pulled themselves off the project to work on other non-related projects(s) but I don’t believe that it hampered the completion of this project.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the deliverables; videos, edited maps and hydinfra upload was excellent. At several locations existing or new features were collected but the networking was not reflective of the edit map pages. A few locations new features were identified on the edit maps but GPS positions and inspection information was not provided. If Visu Sewer cannot televise something due to access issues then they should draw the information on the edited maps and (in combination with SEH) collect GPS information and conduct an inspection with a Rating = 0

Evaluate the contractor's cost Great – they stayed within budget and cleaned some of the infrastructure. I feel that the project estimate and expenditures were right on for this video inspection and cleaning project.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall this was a very difficult project with lots of traffic control issues and difficult access to much of the infrastructure. Visu Sewer did an excellent job throughout the project accessing the infrastructure and making changes and additions to the storm sewer network. The networking changes and inspections of features not accessible (structures) was sloppy at times and should be corrected for any future inspection project.
