The SSP Online Training project had and aggressive timeline. ZenMation accepted the challenge and delivered a workplan that was ideal to meet the tight time line. They dedicated the appropriate amount of time to content development, video shoots and online content development.
One particular element Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services was interested in were all the accessibility features the online training needed to achieve. Many consumers who will access this training use assistive technology. ZenMation is well versed in making online learning systems that are interactive, interesting and accessible to all that access the program.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services was satisfied with overall cost of the project and the budget for the online training curriculum.
ZenMation did a remarkable job with developing the content of the online SSP Training. ZenMation is especially skilled at research, content development and online curriculum development. ZenMation takes pride in the quality of the curriculum, the accessibility of the online learning modules and the interactivity of the course work.

The only issue DHHS has encountered was with the DHS YouTube training channel. The videos in the product will link from the DHS YouTube channel and getting those embedded videos uploaded delayed the announcement of the project for nearly 2 months. ZenMation continued to provide assistance even after the contractual obligations had expired.
