The basic deliverables were to recruit clinics for the project, complete IRB, complete data pull, and complete final report. All of the items were completed within our overall timeline. When the clinic recruitment and IRB completion needed more time than originally intended, the contractor told us and moved the deadlines as we requested - this allowed us to recruit more clinics with a slightly expanded deadline, but still stay within overall contract timeline.
Very good. They fulfilled every deliverable, including working extra to make the final report accessible for ADA in order to be posted on our website.
The contractors original proposal was far less than the other proposals, which meant we were interested but concerned. After a conversation in which the contractor explained they understood they may be under-billing but were doing so intentionally to start doing more similar projects, and being assured they understood the scope of work, we moved forward.
Good. Very easy to work with and willing to make adjustments to the project timeline and deliverables as we requested.
