Evaluate the contractor's timeliness I found CEP to be a very responsive organization - responding quickly to emails and phone calls.

Evaluate the contractor's quality I was impressed with the quality of their interactions (emails, in person visit), materials (handouts, reports), and staff.

Evaluate the contractor's cost CEP offers a unique service and their costs are in line with what would be expected for this type of work. Their analysis of the results was exceptional given the cost.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I would rate CEP very highly on overall performance. I was very satisfied with them as a contractor.
