Grantee Perception Report
{Empty}
The Center for Effective Philanthropy (CEP) surveyed the past 12 months of nonprofit grant recipients and declined applicants of DEED, and benchmarked DEED's responses against CEP’s proprietary database of grantee and applicant data. These results are informing continuous improvement projects in how DEED issues RFPs and works with grantees organizations.

I found CEP to be a very responsive organization - responding quickly to emails and phone calls.
I was impressed with the quality of their interactions (emails, in person visit), materials (handouts, reports), and staff.
CEP offers a unique service and their costs are in line with what would be expected for this type of work. Their analysis of the results was exceptional given the cost.
I would rate CEP very highly on overall performance. I was very satisfied with them as a contractor.
