Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contract was fulfilled as expected for time. They were flexible with us, as dates were difficult to find.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very professional and the presenter did an excellent job.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost seemed high. The fee per assessment was $50 and the assessment was just a spreadsheet that self-scored.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The contractor was flexible and easy to work with. Based on costs and the needs of our business, we needed two trainings and the length of the sessions were short for the subject matter. The presenter did an excellent job of filling the time with relevant information and providing resources if more information was desired.
