Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The purpose of the contract was to provide evaluation supports and summary reports regarding the effectiveness of training and the implementation of School-Wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (SW-PBIS) Initiative in schools throughout Minnesota. The evaluation contract provided a third party evaluation that helped evaluate the training and supports that schools receive and the extent to which recipients of the supports are able to implement PBIS. The contract also provided some topical analysis on issues related to implementing PBIS.
