Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the Contractor's deliverables and services was excellent. Senior level staff provided
review of project work and experience on the project. The quality of technical work provided
by Terracon in the office and field was excellent.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The Contractor's costs were fair and reasonable. The Contractor completed the work efficiently and did a good consolidating tasks, when possible, to reduce costs to the project.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The Contractor's overall performance on the project was excellent. The Contractor did a great job managing and working on multiple tasks at the same time. The Contractor provided the MDA excellent communication and professional assistance to manage and coordinate the site activities being conducted by the construction contractor.
