Evaluate the contractor's quality The Contractor provided excellent quality on the project. Staff provide consistent and
knowledgeable experience, project management, and proactive communication. The Contractor did a great job coordinating multiple site visits, communication with residents and state contracted laboratory, and preparing GIS-based figures and reports.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The Contractor's costs were fair and reasonable. The Contractor made efforts to reduce costs by
consolidating tasks during mobilizations to the site. The Contractor did a good job using
appropriate level personnel to conduct tasks.
