Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: MN.IT@DEED is undertaking an upgrade of the Team Foundation Server (TFS) software to version 2015. TFS is relied upon on a daily basis for managing the code development, specifications, application code releases/builds, and agile planning and tracking. This critical software upgrade take place only every few years and we do not have an in-house TFS Technical Admin/System Admin for this product. For this project Intertech, Inc was contracted to provide TFS technical/System Admin expertise in designing, planning and conducting the TFS upgrade, along with a MNIT@DEED supplied Project Manager.
