Original Consultant Project Manager worked well with users and contractor.
Project Manager at conclusion of project - obtaining closeout documents so final payment could be issued was painfully slow. Numerous emails were sent encouraging project manager to submit as-built drawings. Dissatisfied with this Project Manager.
