Evaluate the contractor's quality Below average, there were some items that needed rework and additional questions and clarifications from the Contractor in the field.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Their performance was fine, but I would likely not use this consultant again because they closed their local office before the contract was completed. Follow up questions and clarifications needed to be performed remotely by their Chicago office. This added complexity and time to getting answers and corrections to the plan sheets

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): There were no negative actions. However it did take an excessive amount of time to get an addendum signed for the additional work they needed to perform for the contract. I believe this was partially due to staff turnover during the closing of their local office.
