• Once mapping identified, build CSV update files for O’Neil.
• Work with O’Neil support to determine best path.
• Test the update in a Test O’Neil environment and fix problems that may arise.
• Perform the update in Production O’Neil environment and verify to customers satisfaction.
Final goal: retire paradox (no data left behind), data is in O’Neil.
