Evaluate the contractor's quality Therapists and clinical specialists that provided assistance were extremely knowledgeable and a critical component with regards to passing CMS certification.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall, the services provided were very good. Education/training provided was thorough with good follow-up. Contractor was always readily available to meet our needs and requests and very prompt in the delivery of their services.
