The contractor had satisfactory schedule maintenance. All deliverables were received on time, and all invoices were submitted on time.
The contractor submitted reports of satisfactory quality. One of the draft MCES qtrly report filing was reviewed and found unacceptable and needed rework before approved for filing. Overall the contractor did a satisfactory job of accomplishing the contract goals.
The contractor did a satisfactory job of managing the budget. No invoices were submitted incorrectly. One change order was needed in order to re-allocate $5,000 from task 1 (labor) to task 4 (labor) to perform cost benefit analysis requested by MPCA. Also, needed to move $1,200 from Tsk 1 (equip) to Tsk 2 (Lab Subcont), and $3,300 from Tsk 1 (supplies) for analytical costs assoc. with GW sampling.
Overall the performance of the contractor was satisfactory.
