WCEC has been involved in petroleum remediation project earlier, was familiar with well replacements as provided for by other fund finance remediation work. Some of this contract work was able to be combined with other related contract work and cost sharing made possible.

The contractor was timely in all aspects of this project.
WCEC did an excellent job of adhering to the program requirements, and delivering good-quality work.
WCEC managed the budget very well. One change order was needed to access the $3855.50 of contingency funds, and since winning (low bid) subcontractor is $3760. greater than budgeted cost, and additional mileage costs; in addition, to move $150 from Task 1 reporting to vehicle mileage. One amendment was needed for the same reason.
WCEC did an excellent job.
