(Contractor) to provide preliminary and detail design for a medium bituminous mill and overlay project on Minnesota Trunk Highway (TH) 30. The project spans approximately 17.6 miles, from the junction of Highway 56 to the north junction of Highway 63. The Contractor’s tasks included, but are not limited to, preliminary and detail hydraulics design, design memorandum, field surveys, utility coordination and relocation plans, construction limits, road plans, permits, and detour plans.
