(Contractor) to provide preliminary and detail design for a medium bituminous mill and overlay project on Minnesota Trunk Highway (TH) 19. The project spans approximately 14.0 miles, from the junction of Highway 3 to the south junction of Highway 56 and from the north junction of Highway 56 to Highway 20 in Cannon Falls. Contractor’s tasks included, but are not limited to, preliminary and detail hydraulics design, design memorandum, field surveys, utility coordination and relocation plans, construction limits, road plans, permits and detour plans.
