Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The purpose of this contract is to conduct a Limited Site Investigation (LSI) of the property based petroleum contamination encountered at the site during hoist removals. The LSI provides support for properly delineating the extent and magnitude of contamination caused by a release at a MnDOT truck station. MnDOT is a Responsible Party for this release and, therefore, required by law to complete this investigation.
