Evaluate the contractor's timeliness **** during this project. Wasn’t a good back up to keep things going. Lead to delays and a lot more folks working on the project than originally laid out.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Need to get technical writer to help pull together report prior to sending it out for review with the TAP. It needed a major re-write.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Answered some unknown questions and made some interesting discoveries, i.e. swales infiltrating more than what folks involved in MPCA MIDS efforts found in their literature searches
