Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The vendor provided the services as scheduled and was responsive to requests when we received laundered Linen that was below standards.

Evaluate the contractor's quality There were occasions where the laundered Linen arrived with an order or the Linen was not dried adequately. The vendor was responsive to the issue and fixed the problem in a timely manner.
