Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had excellent schedule maintenance. The project finished on time and all work plan objectives were met. All invoices were submitted invoices on time; deliverables were also received on time

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did an excellent job of adhering to program requirements. The reports received were clear and complete. Overall the contractor did a fantastic job of accomplishing the contract goals.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had excellent budget management. No invoices were submitted incorrectly. No change orders or amendments were needed to amend the budget.
