The work was completed on time; all deadlines were met. One amendment was required to extend the expiration date of the contract, but this was due to issues beyond the contractor’s control. The contractor let the State Project Manager know well ahead of time that an amendment for time might be needed.
Gemini provided excellent quality work. The quality of their work and their professional reputation helped expedite the regulatory compliance process.
Contractor’s costs were very reasonable. The State got excellent value for the cost of the contract.
Excellent. Contractor never hesitated to take the initiative when needed and kept the Project Manager very well informed of issues and progress. Gemini was outstanding in adapting to a project that experienced some unexpected developments. They provided valuable assistance to the State’s Project Manager in ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations.
