Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor finished the project n time and had good schedule maintenance. Deliverables were received on time, and invoices were submitted on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor submitted deliverables of satisfactory quality. They completed the contract goals and provided clear and complete reports.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had good buget management, however some invoices were incorrectly submitted. The errors were normal types of errors and not that significant other than taking additional MPCA staff time.
