Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The timeliness of the City of Gaylord’s Consultant Contractor (SEH) was exceptional. They met the required completion dates despite challenges from late State decisions and review timings/completeness.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very Good. Many corrections and adjustments, but they were within expectations for the design environment and timings of State guidance and reviews.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Good. A budget increase was needed for cause though

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The City of Gaylord’s Consultant, SEH, did an excellent job of delivering this project on time and with good quality, despite State decision and review/guidance timing challenges, some scope alteration, and other unanticipated difficulties
