Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor delivered plans on-time and completed revisions when required.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Satisfactory quality after completing revisions. A few details needed to be clarified once project went to construction. Plans and title sheet needed to be resubmitted to CO due to non-conformance of the original submittal.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Contractor was not over budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall I am satisfied with performance. Contractor did have a change in personnel during the projects development, changing engineers and engineering technicians mid project, complicating the project delivery process. I would engage the contractor’s services again if they went through the requalification process with their new personnel.
