Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor did a good job of maintaning the project schedule. All deliverables were received on time and all invoices were submitted on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The deliverables received were of good quality and all reports were clear and complete. The contractor did a good job of adhering to program requirements and accomplishing contract goals.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor did a good job of managing the budget. There were some invoices submitted incorrectly, but the issue was resolved over the course of the contract. Two change orders were needed to account for additional drilling, and for sampling an additional water supply level.
