Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): We have used two of the contractors’ inspectors. The one that is presently inspecting for MnDOT at ISC-Gary, IN. is doing a very good job. The one that we used at Watson-Bowman, Buffalo, NY. Did a very poor job and he will not be allowed to perform inspections for MnDOT ever again.
