Evaluate the contractor's quality Load rating information was accurate and met the standard, but the contractor has a hard time getting PA’s signature on load rating forms which makes the submittals incomplete. This results in confusion for MnDOT’s PM and delays in updating load rating information in SIMS and EDMS
