Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor did an excellent job of schedule maintenance. All deliverables were received on time, and all invoices were submitted on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did an excellent job of adhering to program requirements and accomplishing the contract goals. The deliverables received were of excellent quality.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had excellent budget management. No change orders or amendments were needed to adjust the budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Terracon (Justin Enwall) is an outstanding job communicating with the property owner, contractors, neighbors and other stakeholders. He took the time to walk around to the neighbors and hand deliver fact sheets explaining the demo and excavation. He worked with neighbors on either side of the project and made sure they understood the project and addressed questions and concerns they had. Outstanding, excellent work. Terracon's performance with managing this site was excellent. Justin's hands-on and proactive approach to managing this project was invaluable. Outstanding work.
