Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had excellent schedule maintenance. All deliverables were received on time, and all invoices were submitted on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The deliverables received were of excellent quality. The contractor did an excellent job of accomplishment of the work order goals. They also did an excellent job of adhering to program requirements and providing the MPCA with clear and complete reports.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had excellent budget management. No invoices were submitted incorrectly. No change orders or amendments were needed to adjust the budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The contractor had excellent overall communication with the MPCA staff. Wenck staff provide excellent project management of the project during FY15. Submitted reports and invoices in timely fashion, conducted weekly construction meetings, and kept the project going smoothly. The project in part to their management will be completed several months early and they have completed their work well within their budget.
