Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor placed high emphasis on quality and addressed issues appropriately. They kept the owner and general contractor well informed and always provided solutions.

Evaluate the contractor's cost I found the contractor's costs were reasonable. They looked after the interests of both the owner and the general contractor.
