Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had excellent schedule maintenance and met all work objectives. All deliverables were received on time. Invoices were also submitted on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did an excellent job of accomplishing the contract goals and adhering to program requirements.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had excellent budget management. There were no disputed invoices, but two change orders were needed to rebudget, specifically to add more GRO/MBTEX, to rebudget GRO/MBTEX to VOCs, and to update groundwater monitoring frequency and indoor air sampling.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Many complexities due to comingled plumes and two adjacent leaksites both fund financed. The contractor dealt with these issues effectively and overall did an excellent job.
