Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had excellent schedule maintenance and delivered all deliverables on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did a good job of accomplishing contract goals and adhering to program requirements. All reports were clear and complete.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had good budget management. One invoice was submitted incorrectly- there was an error in billing out safety glasses, short pay of $10.24. One change order was needed in order to rebudget tast #2 to cover labor.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Joann and her team have done an extraordinary job of moving this site forward even though there have been some complexities in coordination of work.
