Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Obtain energy audits of identified buildings in compliance with ASHRAE Level 2 and Level 3 auditing standards to include audit reports which will identify a Scope of Work for energy efficiency improvements. The Level 2 reports will be used to support future energy efficiency improvement projects in these facilities. The Level 3 audits will be used to quantify the impact of adding insulation to 25 buildings similar to the study buildings that do not currently have insulation.
