Evaluate the contractor's overall performance This was a large corrective action project (sewer lining & basement sealing/filling) that Terracon provided oversight for and effectively completed. Terracon maintained a tight schedule and kept MPCA staff updated regarding project status. Also, kept in constant contact with the property owner, which was essentail to completing this project. Completed all work in a timely and efficient manner.
