Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor did a good job of schedule maintenance and meeting all work objectives. All deliverables were received on time, and all invoices were submitted on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did an excellent job of accomplishing contract goals, and adhering to program requirements.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had excellent budget management. No changes or amendments were needed to amend the budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance This was a large excavation project that was successfully completed. Terracon kept MPCA staff up to date as to site progress & status, and effectively maintained the project schedule. Terracon was also able to manage a somewhat difficult subcontractor, especially given the time constraints due to the end of the fiscal year and the relative unresponsiveness from the subcontractor. All site work was completed in a very timely manner.
