Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): The administration at ACMC was too concerned about reimbursement for MA clients, and attempted to get an additional fee from MSHS. Dr. Vomacka also asked for a higher salary. Both of these were denied. Very satisfied with Dr. Vomacka: very disappointed with ACMC
