Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had good schedule maintenance and submitted all invoices on time. All deliverables were also received on time. The contractor did a good job of meeting all the work plan objectives in a timely manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did a good job of accomplishing the contract goals and adhering to program requirements, while producing good-quality deliverables. Overall the contractor also had excellent communication with the MPCA, and was very responisve.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had good budget management. There were no disputed invoices, and no amendments were required to amend the budget. One change order was needed in order to include additional restoration activities.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall the contractor's performance was good.
